How to Use

Use on dry skin before showering. Brush in long, upward strokes toward the heart, starting from your feet and moving upward. Follow with your favorite Nked Skynn body care for maximum hydration and glow.

How to use a Dry Brush:

1. Start with your feet and move upwards to your neck area.
2. Brush your skin gently using wide, circular, clockwise motions.
3. Brush softly in the areas where your skin may be thinner.
4. When brushing your arms, move upwards towards your armpits.
5. When you are done, take a cool shower to remove all the dry, dead skin cells.
6. After your shower, pat your skin dry and consider using a natural plant-based oil/butter, for optimal benefits.
