Purchase & Shipping Info

Once your order has been placed, be aware that your order may take between 1-3 business days to fulfill.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive the shipping confirmation email and may take within 24-48 hours for tracking info to be available.

Expect your order to arrive within the estimated date chosen at checkout. This may be subject to change due to any health regulations (ie. covid-19) and/or shipping carrier delays/strikes.

If your order is over the calculated estimated time a week or two, please feel free to contact us so that we can get this resolved as quickly as possible for you.

Return Policy

Our return policy allows for a 30-day window for returns. This means that upon receiving your item, you have 30 days to request a return.

In order to qualify for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase, as well as a reason for the return.

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at support@nkedskynn.ca. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send the package. Please note that we will not accept any returns that were not previously requested.

Please be aware that returns are typically processed within 10-14 business days after we receive the package. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

For items returned within our returns policy, the purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment.

At Nked Skynn, we prioritize hygiene and safety. As such, please note that we do not accept returns of any opened products as a precautionary measure.

Kindly note that containers and/or any other received products that may have arrived in a damaged condition can only be exchanged. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, however we are more then happy to exchange your unopened or damaged product or provide you with a store credit, after we have processed your return. 

All shipping costs associated with any return or exchange will be the responsibility of the customer. The customer will not be refunded for any shipping costs that they have paid in the initial order, including any international orders.

ALL sale items are FINAL SALE and are ineligible to be returned for exchange or refund. Once placed, an order cannot be changed or cancelled.

If items that are ineligible for a return are sent back to Nked Skynn, those items will not be mailed back to you.

Damages and issues:

Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the items and notify us right away if there are any defects, damages, or incorrect items. This will allow us to promptly address the issue and rectify it as needed.

It is important that you report any issues within 7 days of receiving the product. Additionally, please make sure to retain the original box and packing materials.

In order for us to better assist you, we may ask for a few pictures of the defective or damaged product and the original receipt. From there, we will guide you through the necessary steps to resolve the issue. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

There are certain items that unfortunately cannot be returned, such as custom products (including special orders and non-stocked items). If you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific item, please don't hesitate to reach out to us for assistance. Please note that special orders and non-stocked items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
